ENROLLMENT FOR SYSTEM 1+4 SPRING TERM 2025

  • Enrollment majors:

Enrollment majors: Mechatronics; Information Technology; Information Management; Mechanical Engineering and Automation; Chemical Technology; Hotel and Restaurant Management; Chef and Culinary Arts

After completing the first year – studying Chinese: must pass A2 to register for the major according to the initial registration wishes.

Students can apply to transfer faculty and major after 01 year of officially transferring to university level.

  • Admission objects:

– Graduated from high school or higher, with an average score of all years ≥ 6.0;

– Age 18-22; no criminal record;

– No Chinese language proficiency required (Priority is given to students with A1 certificate)

– Students who have studied and worked in Taiwan are not accepted.

  • Standard tuition, miscellaneous fees and dormitory fees

– Tuition for the first year of Chinese language study: 20,000 NTD/semester

– Tuition and miscellaneous fees for major studies from the second to fifth year

Engineering majors                                                              : 55,373 NTD / semester

Management majors                                                        : 47,994 NTD / semester

– Standard dormitory: 18,500 NTD / semester

– Personal expenses such as insurance, health check-up, residence card …. According to regulations.

  • Scholarship

– Tuition exemption for the first year on condition that the second year continues to stay in the dormitory, the advance payment of NT$20,000/semester (NT$40,000/school year) will be refunded as dormitory fee for the second year.

– Year 2: the school will consider scholarships based on the average score of 3 years of high school, the highest scholarship level is up to NT$120,000/year. Students must pass the TOCFL exam at level A2 in the first year of Chinese language study to ensure they are awarded a scholarship in year 2.

– Years 3-5: Based on academic performance at school to continue to consider scholarships for each semester, students need to ensure they are in the top 30% of the class to be considered for scholarships in the following semesters.

  • Part-time work opportunities

In the first year, the school will apply for a residence card and a work card. According to Taiwanese government regulations, students are allowed to work 20 hours per week, and there is no limit of 20 hours during summer and winter breaks. From the second year of majoring, depending on the major, students are arranged to do internships at enterprises in the third or fourth year.
