I. Introduction to Meiho University:
Meiho University (MU), founded in 1966, is a private nursing school in Taiwan. MU has 3 faculties, including: Medicine and Nursing, Business and Management, and Human Ecology. With a total of 14 undergraduate programs and 5 graduate programs.
Currently, the school has about 8,200 students and 394 lecturers. Since 2007, MU has been actively participating in overseas internship programs, overseas programs with educational and industrial institutions in China, Southeast Asia and Japan to enhance students’ international competitiveness.
II. Educational goals at My Hoa University:
The educational goals of My Hoa University are to develop and help students become professional, comprehensive and international. MU strongly develops close cooperation and partnership with famous organizations and companies, and provides students with internship opportunities to consolidate their learning into practice.
The school always strives and makes continuous efforts to promote international academic cooperation and industrial cooperation, bringing more practical opportunities for students towards internationalization.
Excellent achievements:
According to UniRank, MU ranked 120th in Taiwan and ranked 1st among Southern private technical universities and 24th among 147 universities nationwide.
The university was awarded the title of Outstanding University for Promoting Moral Education by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan on October 17, 2013.
In addition, Meiho University also won a grant totaling 65 million USD from the Ministry of Education for the Excellence in Teaching Program and Upgrading of Skills Equipment.
